I am very concerned about my health. Every morning, I walk for an hour and try to do yoga in the evening to relax my mind and body. But again, I feel like I'm gaining weight. So if you don't mind, can you help me with something? What things did I use to lose weight?

My mother came back in the tours of yosemite national Park.
 
I read your post, and I liked to know that you care about yourself. This is a very good habit. After the morning walk and yoga, if you are still not feeling weight loss, then you should add some drinks to your daily routine, which I am sharing below.
Green Tea
Detox Water
Lemon Water
Coconut Water
Protein Smoothies
Apple Cider Vinegar Drink
These are the best drinks to aid your weight loss journey. What do you say about my suggestion?

I was also trying to loose weight, thanks for the tips. I have actually tried some of those drinks before, but maybe not consistently. I’ll definitely give them another shot, especially green tea and detox water. Do you think drinking them before or after meals works better? Also, any quick healthy snack ideas that go well with this?
