Well, your sharing is amazing. I like it. In this information share it with my family members and friends. But mostly the anxiety situation I like to travel because it is the best way to enjoy and spend a great time relaxing in body and mind. By the way, do you like traveling? Recently I visited New York City. By the way, did you visit this city?
 
Yes, I like traveling and I am pleased to know about your visited destination that is my favorite city in the USA. I explored New York City with my family and friends. and I had a great experience with its Niagara Falls attraction. Anyhow, I agree with you that traveling is the best activity to decrease anxiety. By the way, Which spot did you explore last time?
 
I have been struggling with anxiety for a long time and, while I tried most of these techniques, I still find it hard to control my thoughts
 
It may not be the best, but for a lot of people smoking helps calm down anxiety, and I've also found it quite relaxing. When I'm facing some real bad anxiety I just get myself an Air Bar Nex and it helps.
