The Global Passport Power Ranking is an annual ranking of countries based on the travel freedom their citizens enjoy, as measured by the number of countries that they can visit without obtaining a visa in advance. This ranking is typically published by a private organization and is based on the most up-to-date visa requirements for citizens of each country.
The higher a country’s ranking, the more travel freedom its citizens have, as they can visit a greater number of countries without the need for a visa. The ranking is an indicator of the strength and global recognition of a country’s passport, as well as the diplomatic relations and agreements that a country has with other countries. The ranking is often used as a measure of the overall strength and attractiveness of a country’s passport.
